For as long as I can remember, pets and art have been constants in my life. I got my first dog, a white toy poodle named Dusty, when I was only 6 months old. We grew up together and I learned so much from him. At the same time I developed a passion for art that led me to summer camps, high school electives, and eventually an art degree.
I'm slightly embarrassed at how long it took me to combine two of my greatest loves. With the support of my family and the best fur crew on the block, I'm excited to bring Cat Chase Dog Studio to life.
My boys are the inspiration behind the name. When we first got Jack, Rocky our tabby cat thought it was fun to chase the puppy through the house. That was nearly 9 years ago. They still have an underdog, alpha cat relationship to this day.
On most days you can find me with a fur kid and a giant black coffee (iced or hot) within arms reach. I'm a lover of cheese, dark chocolate, and salt & vinegar almonds. When I'm outside my studio I enjoy traveling with my husband (hello beaches and sunshine!), exploring Cleveland, and sampling craft beers.
I can't wait to meet your pets and create a tangible memory to last a lifetime!
